There are many different smiley faces but the main one is made with a colon and a capital D. :D
But if you want the actual circular face, then it is different for every website because some already give you emoticons to choose from while other websites will automatically make the circular face when you type in :D, like when your chatting on Facebook. Some websites don't have the emoticon at all.
You can also make different faces whether using a colon or a semi-colon. A semi-colon is usually used for winking. ;D When people feel playful, they sometimes use a capital P to make it seem they are stiking their tongue out. :P There are many different faces you can make. It all just depends on how creative you can be.

How does taking drugs affect your sports performance?
Amphetamines are stimulants and will increase heart rate. The mixture of sports (already a heavy load on the heart) and amphetamines can be deadly. Ephedra is a stimulant which has been used as a nasal decongestant for thousands of years. Several deaths have been reported in teens who were taking this stimulant and other street drugs. Taking any form of stimulant for any purpose without the supervision of a physician is not recommended. Some of the long term effects of stimulants can be paranoia, schizophrenia, weight loss, hair loss and heart problems. Stimulants may temporarily increase your performance in a sport, but you may lose your life experimenting. There are reports of people dying from heart attacks while practicing sports. Adding stimulants and the adrenaline that you get from the real game is an excess of stimulation and the heart will suffer.
