I used to do trampolining for about 4 years so I hope I can help.
The basics:
To trampoline you need to bounce by bringing your legs up slightly and then releasing them down when you reach the floor of the trampoline.
I mean no offence it's not too difficult.
But then again if you are asking how to do moves like back somersaults and straightbacks etc, then I would advise to take up trampolining at a club. It would be dangerous to attemped any advanced or even simple move without support and training.
I would also advise you to make your question more detailed as I didn't know what aspects of "how to trampoline", you would want to know, so if this isn't what you wanted to know then delete it or change your question :D xx
Its easy realy all you do is just bounce lightly and then het presto......... ur doin it!!
ok.... Proffecional trampolinest here. It depends how good you would like to be. if you would just like to know basics just go around Google and find tutorials and stuff. that will work for a while but the best option is to go to a club. they will be able to train you better than watching videos will ever. if you want to be proffecional like me club is the only option. the main thing about trampolining to remember that, unless you are being stupid, its not that hard to do some moves, it just takes courage. there are a few exceptions eg double and triple summersaults. if you would like more info or help with anything inperticular, feel free to contact me =) hope this helps
I guess not, the trampoline on the trampoline doesnt have any grip on the ground so the kangaroo doesnt have a grip
