A big figure is a term used in economics for the part of a monetary value before the decimal point.
A set point in WW is a tactic for restaurant eating when you don't know the ACTUAL point value of the portion (or recipe) of a food. You count the "set point" value for the food in question no matter how much you eat of it (within reason I guess). Basically... it's a guesstimate.
