The first related link below is the NJ Courts' Public Access case record search page. You can search by docket, party name, or judgment. If it's an old case, use the "Additional Searches" tab and click "Archived Case Inquiry" where you can also search by docket or party name. Some records such as trade secrets are confidential and are not available.

Some individual courts have their own case record searches; the second related link has links to them, arranged by county.

If your case is not in the statewide or local online service, you will have to contact the court where the case was heard. The second related link has contact information for all NJ trial courts.
