you really need to buy a new one actually. they are pretty expensive thought the good ones are about $60 but i guess you can duck tape it
Please don't use duck tape and let me help. Most air leaks in a good quality volleyball happen at the needle valve. A quick cheap fix has worked for me many times and I can attest to the number of volleyballs in my personal inventory that others have given up on. Simply insert a rubber band into the ball valve! I like to use a red rubber band that is about an 1/8 inch in width. Make two black marks on the the rubber band about an inch apart and put a drop of dish detergent on the ball valve hole. Center the rubber band between your marks and use a ball needle to push the rubber band into the valve(the marks help you gauge how far the band has been inserted). Retract the ball needle a little and refill the volleyball to playing pressure. Next day you will know if you have saved $60 if it hasn't lost too much air. Trim the rubber band and make sure the next time it is filled that you either pay attention or redo the process. Enjoy

What kind of leak and where is it?
You have to determine the source of the leak then decide on how to fix it.
You will have to locate the source of the leak before you can fix it. Re-post with your findings.
You don't fix the leak on the water tower. It is not part of the island quest.
