It depends on which screen. Once my top screen wasn't working. I took it to the shop and they sent it away for repair. But when my bottom screen did not work i took out the games, blew in the slots, put the game back in and it worked..... I would just take it back to the shop you bought it from! :) (:

Well, I can't do that because I have the original DS, and they don't sell those anymore.

My first D.S was an original D.S. We bought it back to E.B games and they replaced it as a D.S light! Good Luck!
