A frozen spark plug can be removed from the engine block by applying degreasing agent to it (such as WD40 or similar). It can also be removed - quite seriously- if you hold a hot water bottle to it for a while. Another way to remove Freeze plugs/ wesh plugs is to simply hit one side of it into the block, which will make it turn then pul it out with a pair of pliers. (see the Link below for pictures of this opperation,at the bottom of the page) Had trouble adding the link below so here it is.
