I actually did that. Go to iTunes. File>Library> then insert a DVD or CD then click back up to disk. Then put it in your other computer then drag all of your songs into itunes! then sync into your iPod! hope this works!

Because the iPod remembers what computer you Sync with, syncing with another computer will erase everything and add all the songs. Why when I try to sync music from itunes to my iPod from a new computer does it tell me all my music on my iPod will be erased?

because your ipod isn't authorized to the new computer. what i recommend doing is move all music to one computer with a flash drive and then when you delete the songs off of your ipod on the new computer, you will sink the same songs onto it. if that doesn't work, just move your songs onto the old computer. derpinfloogle

Will an ipod's songs go away if you plug it in to a different computer?

it depends on what kind of ipod it is. I have the little clip-on mini and a bubble pops up on the computer asking me if i want to delete my songs and continue or if i want to take it back out of the unknown computer. the mini's will give you an option first, it's not like all the songs will suddenly disappear. My sisters ipod is the new video kind and it doesn't care what computer it is hooked to. it will download songs from anywhere without deleting anything.

If you delete all your songs off your iPod because you synched it to someone elses computer would you be able to get your old songs back on to your iPod from the library on your computer?

Yes,but all the songs you synced off your friends computer will be gone.I would reccommend putting the songs you want off your friends computer on to a blank CD and syncing the CD to your library.
