Some books give you good advice, yet if you want a healthy diet, have a balanced diet and have three square meals a day. Good luck :)

The answer is fairly simple.

Balance your life.

All you need to do is make sure you are eating sufficientquantities of food, but not too much. You can tell if you have eaten too much afterwards; "oh, I shouldn't have eaten so much..." You also need to eat the right types of food but the answer to this is fairly simple too, just not too many fatty foods and sweets etc. Also make sure you are drinking at 6-8 glasses of water a day

and

(I find this to be the most important part) EXERCISE. If you enjoy eating a lot of food simply exercise more. It's not too hard and it really helps, slowly build up your fitness levels but don't over do it!
