This is quite a tough thing to do-and sometimes it is unsuccessful-but I suggest putting a LITTLE BIT of nailpolish remover onto the spot and gently rubbing with a damp cloth [NOT PAPERTOWEL OR A COTTEN BALL]. After you do this, the spot should become faded-immediately wash the piece of clothing and repeat the process. I've done this with a black band shirt of mine and all the [white] nailpolish spots came out with no discoloration to my shirt. PS: DON'T OVERDO IT ON THE NAILPOLISH REMOVER-I KNOW YOU WANT THE SPOT OUT BUT TOO MUCH WILL JUST FURTHER DAMAGE YOUR SHIRT. good luck
well what you don't want to do is use nail polish remover. 1-it doesn't work and 2-it might stain your clothes when you wash it. You should use bug spray. Any bug spray is ok. You see, i was painting my nails purple(M-A-C brand) and i had dropped it on my new Juicy Couture shirt and my new IT! jeans. i was in a panic so i went to the bathroom and tried water and soap-nothing! so i used OFF! bug spray and it took out the stain. It worked better the 2nd day(when my shirt and jeans were dry from water) because the clothes were dry.
first get a bug spray wipe then put nail polish remover on it than wipe if it does not come off all the way then you can wash it and that should do it
Given that nail polish remover is rather volatile stuff, I would imagine it would just evaporate out. You didn't mention if it was acetone based. Is it?
Are you serious?? You remove it the same way you would remove any nail polish.... with nail polish remover.
No, nail polish can not remove pen ink. Nail polish -remover- might remove pen ink but I am not sure.
Nail polish remover.

A Sharpie and nail polish remover have the same chemicals in them. Nail polish remover has the chemicals to remove that so it adapts also to Sharpies.
It should come of with Nail Polish Remover.
I'm usually using nail polish remover or clear alcohol (vodka). Nail polish remover is more efficient but one has to be caferul, because it can remove color as bleach. It is good to check it first.
