Surely - it is just an addition to your existing system... could be gas, oil, solar or electric
Do you have a pool heater? The oil could be "white oil," a refined mineral oil. Indicates a problem with the heat exchanger. Your heater doesn't need to be running for this problem to occur.
Yes. There is a round black hard plastic disk on the far end of the pump. Open it with a screw driver and drop a few drops of 3-in-1 oil in there.
Oil is too sticky and too thick, pump not functioning properly.
I am sure it could be done but it sounds expensive to build and also to operate with the price of gas and oil. I would just use a small heat pump if you are not in a cold weather state trying to heat in the winter. If you want to heat when it is below 45 degrees then maybe geothermal might be the way to go. Gas is cleaner plus you don't have to have an oil tank with gas. On the other hand you would have less of a chance of an explosion with oil. So over all I would go with a heat pump.
INDIRECT heating and the tank should be imperious to chlorine
Oil will not handle the heat, main pully bearing will heat and burn out causing pump to leak
th purpose of an oil pump is to PUMP...OIL
Latex-based paints are not likely to stick to fiberglas particularly well. You'll most likely have better results from an oil-based paint.
the pressure of oil that the oil pump is pulling?
Remove the oil pan. The oil pump will be visible. Remove the oil pump pickup to. Remove the oil pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new oil pump.
