First of all, don't look to get revenge - - especially on your brother. Someone is likely to get seriously hurt, and the situation will probably just escalate as he tries to get even with you. The question here is what kind of fights are these? Are they brutal beatings, playful teasing, sport sparring, or verbal arguments? If this is an older brother, and these are basically friendly sparring encounters, then you have to expect that he will most likely win unless you increase your skills - - not to hurt him, but to be able to dominate and control a fight so he does not win.

Whenever someone is fighting with you against your will, such as bullying, the first line of defense is to avoid them when possible, and confront them verbally to address the problem.
