Before using any sort of product you need to wash the area with spots on with as hot water as you can take, then dry off WITHOUT USING COLD WATER, then once dry apply the product. With the second method use cold water before also......

1.)Best thing to do is, put some sudocrem on the area, with sudocrem a little goes a long way but put on generously over night so you can still see the white in a mirror, don't rub in and the within 1 or 2 days they should all be gone guaranteed.

If its the day time, put on some sudocrem and rub it in so you can't see it, this will make the spots look worse for about 30 seconds, after this is covers them up so you can barely see them and then gets rid of them at the same time...a miracle.

However, do not use this method for over about 8 months, if you do this it may begin to dry out your skin and then you will need to go and buy a moisturizer.

2.)Another great way if Sudocrem reacted with your skin or you don't have any, use toothpaste ( yes toothpaste) right before bed and leave a blob on over night, this is a great method but can be a little messy.

Hope this helps :-)

I have a really good way to do it

Ok, so I have suffered from spots for a long time now. But my way of getting rid of them works really well:

1. Fill your sink with water or get in the shower

2. Get the water to as hot as you can (between 30 - 40 oC)

3. Rinse your face i n the sink or under the hot water (THIS IS EXTREMELY PAINFUL!!!)

4. Turn the water in your sink or shower to as cold as you can get it (between 0 - 15 oC)

5. Rinse your face under the shower or put it in the the sink.

DRY YOUR FACE IMMEDIATLY WITH A CLEAN TOWEL

Do this for about 2 - 3 weeks, and you shall see that your spots are clearing up.

well i found that putting toothpaste and sudo cream directly on the spot helps and is quick at doing so. it helps lots of people but may not work for you. you should definitely try it though. =)
