You have to be yourself around him. Try not to be shy, as this will slow everything down. If he seems like he likes you but nervous of asking you out, you ask him out. If he doesn't seem to like you for who you are he's not worth the heartache no matter what he looks like. You deserve someone who loves you for you.
If you just wanna get noticed:
Don't dress sexual! Try to stand out a bit but not too much so you look silly. Be yourself and try to get them to look at you by eye contact or maybe standing near them, not too near so you look desparate hang with your friends close by. Smile if they look at you ad sooner or later you'll be asked to dance or whatever. Don't go directly looking for a guy hang with you friends and enjoy mucking about with them too.
