Use a kitchen towel or cotton wool ball and wet with hot water. Then dab onto sticky label and using a paper clip or something similar, gently push it underneath the sticky label and slowly peel back. Done!!!!!!!!! P.S Don't blame me if it doesn't work for you as it sure works for me! Though i know someone with long nails who can get their nail under the label so if you know someone with long nails, ask them!
The best method would be to use a solvant. Acetone has been suggested by the manufacturer as a good solvant for the glue. Acetone is often found in household nail polish remover, and a small amount on the end of a Q-tip or cotton swab applied directly to the glue should dissolve the bond.
ANS 2 - Acetone will make even more of a mess on plastic than super glue did !
Shave it off carefully with a razor held flat,or a sharp craft knife, then sand it lightly till marks are gone.
Depending on the plastic, you may be able to pull it off with pliers, not all plastics are compatible with any glue.
Depends on which glue. Many can be cut off with a sharp thin blade, then removed entirely with a solvent. The problem is in finding a solvent that does not damage the plastic.
Goof Off will probably work without damaging the bottle. You didn't say what KIND of glue ,so it's hard to be certain.
Use Lift-Off or Goo Gone
Lift-Off works for that.
You use Goof Off for this, it works well
Goof Off.
Paul E. Cope invented Thermo plastic glue also known as "Hot Glue" it is used in Hot Glue guns.
plastic (polymer)
Use soap
as in the doll? since the doll is plastic the hot glue might melt it. try it on a barbie head and there is your answer
There are numerous formulas for hot glue sticks. Hot glue sticks can be formulated to bond glass, wood, plastic, metal, foam, plastic, cardboard and for basic applications check out a general purpose formula.
No it doesn't. Hot glue will appear to stick, but fall off when it cures.
Turn the glue gun on to loosen the glue, then, if the glue is persistent, use a wooden stick to CAREFULLY pick the glue off.
There shouldn't be any kind of glue on a hot dog, and no, it doesn't sound healthy at all !
Rub around the base of it with Goof Off, then grip it with pliers and pull
Possibly if the wood has a very smooth surface
To mod a Nerf dart, you can add weight to the tip for better accuracy or cut holes in the dart for reduced air resistance. Be careful when modding darts as it can affect the performance and safety of Nerf blasters. Make sure to test the modified darts in a controlled environment before using them in a Nerf battle.
If the melting point of the glue is lower than the melting point of the bag, it's not.
