My sound got removed on mine so I searched for Realtek on Google and downloaded it from a random site and it worked.
If you uninstalled a program accidentally and it altered your screen resolution, you may have uninstalled a crucial piece of software. You can choose to reboot your computer from a previous date. If you have a backup created of your system, you should install that, as that may reinstall that program. It may have been a graphic driver that was uninstalled. You can also take the computer to a computer repair shop, they can tell you what specifically and other ways you can get that back.
Use the add/remove programs facility. This will uninstall all the extra files. You may only have uninstalled one file. Then restart the computer.
no
There will be no sound if the computer has been muted, or the volume is too low, or the sound card is faulty. Try using headphones to check if the sound is there.
Sound card (or Soundcard), sometimes called Audio Card, is an internal computer expansion card and integrated circuit (IC) that emulates and facilitates the input and output (I/O) of the computer that is controlled by a program. It has been used as a component of multimedia services such as audio and video editing, music composition, educational needs, and sound emulation. Sound cards must be connected on the expansion slots of the computer's motherboard such as PCI, ISA, and many more. A typical Sound card should have outlet for microphone, Sound in (where you the sound can be processed in), and Sound out (where sound has been projected).eg: Allowing you to hear sounds from the computer and recording yourself with the help of a microphone.
A program is essentially a set of files. To remove a program that "Add or Remove Programs" cannot find, you need to delete the files. If you cannot find those files, it is likely that the program has already been uninstalled.
I think never because I've been on this computer for over 2 hours i think about getting off but it never happens
It could be any of these reasons:Your sound card is not working properlyYou have no sound cardYou need to install drivers for your sound card. You need new speakersYour connection jack on your sound card has been disconnected or damaged
ummm i think maybe using an opposing sound to block of the first, this has been done with things such as fans and such basically you block sound with sound
For a cheese burger!

Sims 3 has been getting a lot of complaints and its because they put to much on to the software. Computers aren't as advanced as that game. The best computer in the world wouldn't be able to handle it. The game puts to much on your computer's mind. I would sell it on eBay a yard sale or maybe even keep until its worth something. Sorry....
