We follow these instructions to solve this problems: Ensure you're not in Full-Screen mode->Press F11 to toggle Full Screen mode in internet Explorer->Right-click on title barClick the toolbar you want to display->Open the Add-on Manager->Select the "Toolbars and Extensions" category.
