The people that feel they have to do something dramatic at parties are the ones that aren't confident in themselves and feel the need to be attention seekers, yet there are some individuals that are very out-going and can be super funny and are party people. It's can come natural to people, so don't be so hard on yourself if you aren't one of them. Just talk to friends, get up and dance and have a blast dancing and don't worry so much about what other people think of you. Believe it or not more individuals (even teens) may not say something at the time, but anyone can act like an idiot, or always want to party (nothing wrong with that) and some teens out-grow that pretty fast and are more interested in a person such as yourself. Everyone can't be a clown at a party. Start looking at the girls or guys that are more sedate and don't have to run around screaming, yelling, acting out to grab attention. Just enjoy yourself.
A party foul is doing something stupid in a big group of people, usually something unpleasant, at a very big party.
