I don't think there is a direct way, but some websites offer something very close to that (copy and paste from Excel Spreadsheet or Save as CSV and import).
Excel has no relation to Active Directory. If you have permission to import, you should be able to import directly from a CSV file, and not have to import into Excel first. Check with your systems or network administrator to see how your specific network Active Directory is configured.
It depends on where you are exporting to if you are tyring to import from Excel. Generally, you can import Excel data to many applications, but the target application will determine what will transfer from Excel and how the data will disply in the target application.
You do not really import an excel spreadsheet into HTML. You can SaveAs and select HTML as an option.
You do not really import data from Word, but you can cut and paste from Word to Excel. If you like, you can embed the word document in an Excel worksheet.

One can only download Google Maps if their GPS is an "Android" i.e. a GPS bought from Google. If you have one of these then you can download Google Maps straight from "Google Mobile Maps".
Google clearly spells out what you can and cannot do with their products including Google Maps. Since maps and imagery change all the time, Google prefers websites link to an interactive Google Maps via the Google Maps API but there are instances where screenshots to Google Maps imagery is allowed given the rules are followed.
