Best Answer

By listening very closely to others who speak, and trying to actually pronounce the words like they do.

However, it's very unlikely that you will be able to completely copy someone's accent. You are more likely to hypercorrect which is where you over step the mark and make your speech too careful and pronounced to be considered natural. You can work on your own articulation by practicing saying words out loud but it would be better for you to not try and copy how someone else speaks.

What Is The Need Of Accent Training?

Accent training is needed to improve communication skills, especially for individuals who speak English as a second language or have a strong regional accent. Where on the Internet can you improve your American accent?

To improve your accent you need to interact through speaking with someone who speaks English fluently, and who can offer tips on how to improve your pronunciation. You can use a messaging program like Skype for that, but the best way to do it is to get off your computer and talk to someone face to face. Nonverbal gestures are a part of communication - and a real-life conversation isn't likely to freeze up due to computer difficulties.
