The only way to get to level 100 on a SKILL is to operate the skillcape, to get the skill cape you need level 99 on that skill.
If you want to get to level 100 so that when people scroll over they see that you are level 100, is to keep training attack, defence, and strength until you get to level 100 in combat. To check your combat level go to attack styles on your runescape tool bar, your combat level will be shown right above the attack styles.

Rip in the Sky>>>Library>>>Falerin>>>Carnax(the first scroll on the left)
Click the chest, get Undead Giant, get some exp.
Or you can to the boiler room and do vince's maze.

∙ 12y agoThis answer can vary, but if you are dishonorable, you can cheat. Gilgamesh gives a good amount of gold and EXP, but it's pretty obvious when you see your growth in AQ. My suggestion is, if you're a high leveled Guardian, you can go to the Void. The enemies there are extremely powerful and give over 18,000 in both EXP and Gold. That's giving if you beat them. If you aren't a Guardian, I reccomend doing the main storyline and questing for the uber sets.

It really depends what level you are, but if you are a low level noob get Blade of Rennd because it has a pro special that does like over a 100 energy Damage.

That is a legend. Although, you can catch a Magikarp with an old rod on level 5. Then use a cheat to get numerous rare candies then you can put it on level 100. Or you can just train it to level 100, but that would take forever. Also why would you want a level 100 Magikarp when you could have a level 100 Gyarados. Gyarados is much better and is actually one of the best Pokemon is each game. So my suggestion to you is to have a level 100 Gyarados. I hoped this helped!

I don't think so. Even if it is possible I doubt that the game would accept it, The cheat would probably just change the 1 on 100, to a 2. Therefore it's still basically level 100. I haven't seen any cheat codes for a level 100+
