Well first, make sure shes into you. Nobody likes it when you go for a kiss and she turns away. After you know shes into you, get her alone. Maybe at the end of a date or even pull her aside. Glance at her lips a couple times as you two talk. Then slowly make your way towards them. Take a slight pause rite before your lips touch. Then go for it! Make sure its not to long but give her what she wants. Breath through your nose. DO NOT suck the breath out of her. If she smiles after the kiss is done, maybe go in for another one later.
