3.)Do a mile run Based on the list below, you can see an almost accurate reading of your agility:
6minutes or below= awesome agility, top shape
6:01-7:00 minutes= great, better than normal
7:01-8:00 minutes= Good, but you could do better
8:01-10:00 minutes= average speed
10:01-12:00 minutes=probably as fast as a 9 or8 year old
12:01 and above= far below average, bad
