I don't think you can but I read somewhere that if you migrate Pokemon, then change date to next day, then try to migrate from different GBA game and it won't let you, then use the GBA cartridge you used first and it should work!

you don't you just have to be patient because to the best of my knowledge you can't migrate more than six Pokemon in 24 hours.
