I just had this issue you can call this number and they will might be able to tell you the code to your car 1-800-333-4542 this is the customer service/roadside assistance line. You will have to register your car so have the VIN #. When the radio asks for the code then you will have to type in your code number as such:

EXAMPLE:

If the number is 6595

the first number will have to be punched 6 times at the number 1 button

the second number will have to be punched 5 times at the number 2 button

the third number will have to be punched 9 times at the number 3 button

and the last number will have to be punched 5 times at the number 4 button

I hope this helps :] I have been fighting with my own issues and this radio.

on the dashboard. the 2 center ac vents. (depending on model) open the 2 lowest trays in the dash under the radio (ash tray and storage compartment) Follow the 2 ac vents down to this area and pry with your fingertips at the plastic part that AC vents are attached to. keep pulling outward toward the rear of the car all the way to the top (both sides) Remove the screws that hold the very top section down above the radio, then remove the screws that hold the radio in place. Put in your new radio and wiring harness and reverse steps but this time when putting the AC vents back in, give the strip a few firm taps all the way down to seat them back in place.
