This is an incomplete list:
* QuALiM (http://demos.inf.ed.ac.uk:8080/qualim) Question Answering System that allows a user to answer questions and returns relevant passages from Wikipedia.
* Lumrix (http://wiki.lumrix.net/en/) Searches Wikipedia and suggests relevant Articles * Wikiseek (http://www.wikiseek.com/) Somewhat similar to Lumrix
You have to start to type in what you need in the upper left hand corner. Then choose your need below. If it's not there, then keep typing.
Type http://www.wikipedia.org in the address bar. Or enter "wikipedia" into your search engine; the first item it finds should be Wikipedia.

The main limitation is the fact that anyone can enter information - that makes it easy to vandalize the site and give out wrong information.
You can find information about soft soap from the Wikipedia. Once on the website, enter "Softsoap" into the search box in the upper right hand corner and press enter to bring up the information.
