Probably not, instead of calming you down and helping you relax, it's going to stress you out and make you really mad, I don't even have anger problems yet I almost threw my phone out of my window about 10 minutes after starting to play it.
take a pillow and scream out all you anger or a totally opposite way sit alone in a scilent area, listen to music and just relax... it works ;)
You definatly need to talk to an adult about your anger. In school there should be counslors that can help you. Very important talk to your parents and express to them your frustration and anger. If there part of the anger or feel you can't go to them, then try the school, there should be trained professional that can help you. Or a teacher you trust and tell him or her to help you find a qualified professional to help you. Good luck!!!
Look at the textbook or section summary. That might help. Try your best. Anger doesn't help. Relax and think again.

If you have difficulty controlling your anger, this could cause problems for you both socially and in a work environment. Relaxation techniques can help with anger management. When you start to become angry begin taking deep breaths, making sure to breath from your stomach and not your diaphragm. Imagining a relaxing place or repeating a simple statement like "relax" while you take these deep breaths can help you focus on calming down further.
