∙ 12y agoIf you aren't able to boot the system then it is impossible to remove the virus. The only situation left is that you have to again reinstall the operating system and then you have to install the anti virus to remove the virus. If the same situation still remains then you have to format the partitions on your PC and create the partitions again.
