You can try running your computer in Safe Mode and scanning again. In safe mode most of the computer processes are not active, so the virus is inactive too, and it's detection is easier.
For running under Safe mode:
1.Restart your computer
2.Start tapping the F8 key so the Windows Advanced Options Menu appears
3.Select 'Safe Mode' and press Enter

Look into a better anti-virus... I would consider Norton or Trend Micro Answer: When detect virus then ask you question on that window remove or ignoure. then select remove. we prefere Trend Micro antivirus. because norton make slow systems.
1stly you need an antivirus installed in your pc. and start scanning and when the antivirus detected the infected file, they'll guide you on how to disinfect/quarantine the virus.
If AVG detected a virus it will be storing it in the virus vault. Go into virus vault and opt to delete the virus. Virus vault can be accesed from the main menu.
Run your anti-virus software on a scandelete detected files.
