How do you get rid of the CiD virus when you've virus scanned and it says no virus detected?

Look into a better anti-virus... I would consider Norton or Trend Micro Answer: When detect virus then ask you question on that window remove or ignoure. then select remove. we prefere Trend Micro antivirus. because norton make slow systems.

It's probably still infected, unless your AVG Antivirus thought it found a virus.To be safe, install Malwarebytes' Anti Malware and run a scan. This program has never failed to remove a virus for me.

That is very possible. If your anti-virus is doing it's job there should be no viruses found

Just because it says your at risk doesnt mean you have a virus. Everyone one of us on the internet has some risk of getting infected with viruses. If you are concerned that you have a virus, run a virus scan.
