Hi Julie I managed to get rid of Bispy B by running SpyBot Search and Destroy. My AVG proffessional version picked up on the fact I had this darn thing but for some reason just leaves if in the system. Hope this helps. I also have AVG and it could not take it off either even though it was updated. I, however, did find an alternative given by grisoft/AVG at the following URL: grisoft.com I would suggest following its instructions to the letter. If you do, you can then run AVG again and the Virus will have disappeared. Good Luck!

Your maker of the computer has nothing to do with the operating system. Windows is windows, and it does not matter what computer its in, it does not care. Rt click on the taskbar and choose which toolbar you want or don't want. You can lock the taskbar or unlock it, its in the menu when you rt click on it. But you can't lock a toolbar, only add it or remove it.
The reason being, if you want to remove Windows Vista, you will have to either (a) Re-format the hard drive: which erases EVERYTHING ON THE DISK! or (b) perform a downgrade installation to Windows XP Pro or Windows 2000 Pro. If you reformat the disk you erase everything, including the operating system (which is Vista in this case). Since your computer has no operating system it is no longer able to function (you can still turn it on, but you get a disk boot error). You will need to re-install a different Operating System, or Vista again if you wish to do so, in order to have the computer function properly.
