Creo que solo unexperto puede sacar ese carenado, yo estoy pensando en agujerearlo con una caladora.
Remove screw on front fairing under the seat (there's only one screw in the middle of the panel). Open the seat and remove the two screws next to the seat hinge. Then slide the front fairing straight forward. Inside, you'll see a black case. Remove the one screw on the right side of it. Then unclip the front and open the case. Slide the battery forward and unclip the wiring harness. Insert new battery and close everything up.
The battery is located under the front fairing. There are three screws holding the plastic molding, two above the headlights, and one just between the headlights on the bottom. Remove the plastic molding. This will reveal four more screws (2 on each side). Remove these screws. Remove the four screws around the instrument panel. The instrument panel can now be removed (be careful of the wires attached). The wires attached are long enough to hang the instrument panel on the side to get to the battery.
Replacing only: To remove the battery on this bike, you remove the left side fairing panel _only_ and the rider's seat. You do not have the lift the gas tank. Remove the rubber strap on the left side of the battery box and partially slide out the battery. Remove the (-) negative connector's 10mm nut and bolt. Slide it out a bit further, tilt it upwards slightly and remove the (+) positive connector's 10mm nut and bolt. This part is a bit tricky as you hold the battery with one hand while disconnecting with the other but totally possible. I have done it several times. Replace with new battery the same way in reverse. While you have the battery out or if you are replacing it, purchase of the battery terminal extender that is available from BMW. This allows easy access to the (+) positive terminal for booster cables or charging. Charging only: Also note that you can charge through the bottom accessory plug, as long as you're using a charger of < 2 amps. Direct battery access is not necessary for charging thanks to this handy two pin accessory plug found cable tied to the frame just under the left side cover. It is also possible to charge this bike's battery with the cigarette lighter/accessory plug outlet on the fairing.
You need to remove the small vented side panel. or at least remove the 3 screws from the wheel well and the one on the top of the panel. Then pull the panel out enought to remove the battery
Right side. Under fairing panel. It's easier if you remove seat first, but not necessary as the fairing uses rubber grips/plugs to stay in place
It is under the front fairing and hard to get at! 1994 and 1995 are the only years they put it there. Other years it is under the right side panel. You must remove the front fairing to access it.
BATTERY IS LOCATED IN PASSENGERSIDE OF TRUNK. THERE IS AN ACESS PANEL ON RH SIDE WALL OF TRUNK RMOVE PANEL AND BATTERY WILL BE ACESSIBLE. THEN UN DO BATTERY HOLDOWN AND CABLES AND REMOVE BATTERY
The battery is located in the trunk on the right side. Remove the upright 1/2 panel and then remove the trap door panel.
The fiberglass panel at the side of the battery has to be removed and the battery is removed sideways. I wouldn't remove the panel entirely,I would remove the top bolts on the side panel and remove the ones on the fender weld. At the bottom of the side panel where the gap is,I would just loosen it so the panel can fall outwards, this will allow you to work the battery outwards, may have to tip it to get out and tip it again to get it back in.
Inside the front right wheel well. remove tire and you will see a panel remove panel and you will have access to the battery. Check for panel before removig tire.
Remove front driver side tire. remove panel in tire well. Battery is in there..
there is a panel in front of the drivers side wheel. it has four 1/4 turn plastic pins to remove the panel. then there is a battery bracket with 2 bolts. remove those and the battery cable and its out.
