If it's the same as a 93 model then you will run into weak plastic clips on the back side of the plastic that the dash cover has in place. the front speakers aren't too hard. just pry off the speaker grill covers with a screw driver and while carefully prying the covers up and towards you just be wary that the clips will more than likely break off the speaker covers. this is repairable with some good strong glue. the speakers are held in place with screws. on the rear speakers i would advise against trying to replace them in the same manner. the plastic that is in place is quite extensive. not only will you run in to the weak clips but the rear panel as well as both side panels must be removed too. even the pros will advise against removing the rear speakers. not only is it labor intense, but the plastic is weak and the replacement 4x6 in. speakers used just don't have great sound either. i put 6x9 in. speakers in boxes on the floor behind the fr. seat. i am more satisfied with that approach considering the options.
