ok, lipbalm i believe is sort of a waxy substance... and the way i remove candle wax from my tablecloths is by putting the fabric between sheets of paper towel or any absorbent paper and going over it with a hot iron. the heat melts the wax and the paper absorbs it out of the fabric. change papers requently so you dont transfer the wax back into the material.
