This vehicle is 17 years old, and as such, I would just replace all vacuum lines in the engine compartment, including the brake booster line. Very inexpensive repair and you can bet the lines need replacing. Purchase enough feet of each size hose to do them all. Replace them one at a time as to not get confused. After replacing them all, if you still have a leak, it may be the brake booster. The diaphragm may be busted. Also there may be vacuum lines under the dash. To find that leak, use a small propane torch. Do not light the torch, just start the engine and let it idle. Turn on the torch and when you put it near a vacuum line that is leaking the engine will speed up. Make sure to open all doors and only do this for 1 minute at a time.
