First you'll have to take the interior panel out. I did it using a plastic bar so I do not scratch the plastic. On a 1998 C280 you have four screwes one under the SRS badge (for that one use care when pulling it out it comes off a bit difficult), one on the rear side of the door holding the plastic cover for the locking mechanism, two on the handlebar (you need to pull out the top handlebar plastic cover so do it with care as you do not want to damage the clips holing it--pry from inside the cover out using the PLASTIC bar). After you took out all the screwes pry the panel out using the same plastic bar starting 5 inch above the lower rar side of the panel then with SHORT but strong and decided pulling moves go around the panel pulling the clips out the pull should not empathize more than 3 inch make sure you are pulling from next to the clip (the place that holds the cover to come off). This will be the first step for the next one how to put the glass in and such I will let someone else answering it because I do not know how to do it.
