Ok, place it in neutral and remove the shifter from the cab. jack the truck up and secure it very well. set the parking brake. remove the drive shaft bolts on the differential and slide the driveshaft out. Unplug all the wiring from the transmission. Unhook the hose from the slave cylinder. It should be the quick connector type. Push it in then pull it out. Place a trans jack under the trans. secure it well. remove the nut on the trans mount. jack the trans up a little. remove the bolts holding the crossmember in and pull it out. let the trans down enough to take the strain off the bellhousing. remove the bolts in the bell housing and it should slide apart. Now remove the bolts from the pressure plate and it will fall out with the clutch disc. Install the new disc and pressure plate. You will need an alignment shaft to do this with. some new clutches come with it. Make sure yours does. if you don't you'll never get it together. After the pressure plate is tightened down, put everything back in reverse order. I'm sure there's something I missed. Use your head. good luck. While your there, replace the clutch slave cylinderand piolet bushing. there will never be a better time.
They are easy to replace but hard to get at under the dash. Sinply remove the pin holding the pedals in and the rods to the cylinders and the pedals will comeout.
