Take a small blade pocket screwdriver and slightly insert it between the dash and the switch. It should pry out and you will be able to get to the wiring to remove the old switch and replace the new.

It is bolted with 2 10mm bolts to the chasis underneathe the drivers side. The only tank selector is in the switch on the dash. It transfer power to each tank to activate the electric fuel pumps for each tank
no there is no reset switch under the hood of a 1990 f150 the only reset switch is the inertia switch for the fuel pump located under drivers side dash against firewall black box with red button

Probable it is the fuel pump in the front tank. When you change it at the switch listen to see if you can hear the pump working, if not got to remove tank or bed and replace pump.
You probably have a bad front tank fuel pump or you could have something wrong in the switch valve or selector switch, or even a problem in the wiring to the front fuel pump, but most likely a bad fuel pump.
how do i find the neutral, or clutch switch on a 2003 ford F150?

The vehicle speed sensor is on the transmission. The ABS speed sensor is on the differential.
There is a switch to shut off the overdrive if you wish On the column shift the switch is on the end of the gear selector lever On the automatic floor shift the switch ( button ) is just to the right of the shifter The next time the truck is shut off and then restarted the overdrive is normally allowed
