Hey Steve==If you have to ask, you must not be very familiar with mechanics. First drain the radiator. Take the fan shourd off then remove the hoses, and oil cooler lines. Then remoove the bolts and pull the radiator out. Reverse operations to install. GoodluckJoe

∙ 8y agoRemove the cooling fans then take the hoses off and the cooling lines off. Then remove the bolts that hold it on and take it out.When you remove the lower hose catch the coolant in a drain pan and dispose of it correctly.

∙ 12y agoits easy once you know the secret. The plastic cover around the shifter just pops of if you grab the lower part of it and lift up. Then remove the center ac knob an d remove the screw behind it. Then you can pry the whole center part out startign from the bottom again and pulling outward. remove the plugs from all the switches and the clock and then there are 4 ten mm screws that hold in the radio and the two ac vents. remove them and pull the radio out. That's it!

∙ 11y agoTo just remove the coolant from the radiator, there is a plug or valve at the bottom of the radiator on either the left or right side. Loosen this and drain the coolant into a container---NEVER ON THE GROUND-IT IS DANGEROUS TO ANIMALS AND IS TOXIC.
Tighten the valve when empty and refill. Run the vehicle to get it to operating temperature and keep filling until all of the air is out of the system.

∙ 16y agoIts a pretty easy ob. Most radiators have 2 or 4 bolts holding them in and either a fan shroud ( for engine driven fans ) or an electric fan bolted on to them. Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses, unbolt the fan shroud ( move it back toward the engine ) or remove the electric fans and remove the mounting bolts for the radiator ( the last one I did had 2 bolts at the top and just 2 pegs at the bottom ) and pull it out. Install in reverse order.
Be sure to dispose of your used anti freeze appropriately as it is a poison and always mix it 50/50 with water, never run just water in your cooling system. Its a good idea to replace the thermostat at the same time.
