this is more of an automotive question then a DIY question, even if you are looking to do it yourself its not really a do it yourself project unless you have alot of auto interior experience
the sunroof motor is located in the roof about 3/4 of the way back there is a bump in the headliner drop the headliner and it is easy to find
The motor for the sunroof will be on the back side of the roof. The only way of getting to this is by dropping the headliner out of the car. Once you have the headliner out, there will be two screws or bolts that holds the motor in. remove the two screws and the motor should drop down, then just unplug your wires and you will be able to replace it then.... GOOD LUCK.

No, the 94-96 Impala did NOT come from the factory with a sunroof option. However, there are many Impala's out there that had sunroofs installed by the dealership that they came from when they were new. So, it is possible to find a 94-96 Impala SS with a sunroof.
... I am wondering the same thing. I need to replace mine in a '96. ... I am wondering the same thing. I need to replace mine in a '96.
It might be the high/low beam switch. Had to replace one on my '96 when I had only low beams.

Try looking under the passenger side foot area. The blower motor will be there, and the blower motor resistor should be there also, will have a wiring harness and I believe 2 bolts holding it.
