Take the door panel off,you will need to remove 3 bolts for the window motor and then 3bolts(maybe4) that hold the regulator to the window
take the door panel off and unbolt the regulator and jam the window until you can replace the regulator
Need to pull off the door panel to see if you need to replace the motor and or the regulator. look for broken or twisted cables on the regulator.
1991 Chevy s10 how to replace outside window weather strip

No, they are not the same. The body style changed in 1992.
The voltage regulator is located in the Single Board Engine Controller (SBEC or ECM). If you have to replace it, you have to replace the computer. The computer has the voltage regulator in it. The alternator gets feedback from the computer to produce more of less voltage.
i have a 1991 3000gt SL and it will do 162.7 and that was on a gps at a air strip
pritt stick
Where is the voltage regulator on a 1991 e350
the 1991 3000gt are dohc. it comes stock with 222hp. they also made sohc but that wasn't until later generations of the 3000gt's. The 1991 dodge stealths came in sohc, compared to the 91 3000gt's dohc. either way, with minor adjustments, it will fit from sohc to dohc.
The window crank slips because the regulator gear has most likely stripped. You will need to remove the outer door panel to verify for sure but unless the crank is broken (It would fall off if it was) the regulator is stripped
1991 to 1993 3000gt do not have a crank sensor. Only a cam sensor. And when does go out the car will not start or have a very irregular idle.
