there are many ways of cooking vegetables you can boil them or stir fry them, siving and then cook under the cooker or over the grill.

you can also try stiring and mixing different type of vegetables together to taste different type of flavours.

e.g. mixing all the different types of cabbages and lettuces together and then squeezing the juicy flavour out of them with your hands and then siving them.

Generally speaking, stir frying is best done in a wok.

Use a little bit of oil, make sure the wok

is quite hot and stir/toss often while you fry the

ingredients. It won't take long, as long as you've

used smallish sized pieces of veggies and meat.

Stir Fry is a Chinese method of cooking, usually in a Wok. All the food to be 'Stir Fried' should be prepared before you start to cook, meat sliced thin and all the vegetables peeled and sliced roughly the same size, the Wok must be hot, add a little ground nut oil to the Wok, then start by adding the meat and stir with chop sticks or a large spoon, then add the vegetables, stirring all the time, the Wok should not be allowed to cool down otherwise the food will not 'fry' the food will cook very quickly finally add a little water and maybe a sauce such as soy, black bean or oyster to finish. Serve straight away.

I make chicken stir fry with boneless chicken breast, mushrooms, snow peas, and water chestnuts. Brown your chicken breast in olive oil and chopped garlic and then add 1/4 cup of chicken stock. drop in all vegetables at once and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Use one tablespoon of butter mixed with one teaspoon of flour to thicken the gravy in the pan and serve over rice. Yummy!

To stir fry vegetables put them in a skillet WITHOUT water. Wok must reach a high temperature before adding vegetables. Put the longer cooking ones in first. Constantly stir.
