i'm not sure since my japanese isnt that good but hell is ''jigoku'' and boy is ''otoko no ko'' (man:otoko boy:otoko no ko) so I guess it would be something like ''jigoku no otoko no ko'' wich means hells boy.. I dont think you can say ''hell boy'' like that since it would be grammatically wrong in japanese ^^' I dont know if i'm right..
