You don't. You stop it. Racism is one of the worlds biggest problems. It starts arguements that turn into fights and maybe then a small war. If you're doing anything including racism, try to stop it.
Racism typically begins through the development of prejudiced attitudes, stereotypes, or discriminatory behaviors based on perceived racial differences. It can originate from various sources, such as ignorance, fear, or social conditioning. Ultimately, racism can be perpetuated and reinforced through societal structures, institutions, and individual actions. Education, empathy, and challenging biased beliefs are essential in combatting racism.
Racism did not start in one specific country. There have and always will be racism. It is present in all or most humans, it's just natural. However, it is not natural to openly express your racism at the expense of others (meaning you're violent either verbally or physically).
There is actually no exact historical date that black racism started. In fact, racism goes all the way back to the dark ages.
He started racism because he was the one who started to make fun of people in 1980.

Begin the speech strong, so the reader is interested.Personally I would start with something that introduces the topic of "racism"Why does Racism still occur today?or maybe explain what it is..Racism is a shameless act towards ones culture, beliefs and personal identity.I would introduce racism show how you feel about it.Also tips from ending - end in something likewhy should one be judged by his/her skin colour because really, we're all the same colour in the dark.or a strong closing point
It would depend to a degree on context: a good start would be to define racism in the introduction since the word has so many meanings and connotations these days (as the recent so-called UN "conference" on Racism showed). Is the essay about racism today, or 2 centuries ago? Is religion included (since "Islamophobia" is being touted as a form of racism, lately)? You would need to define racism clearly from the start and keep the body of the essay within the frame work initially outlined, not drifting into areas such as "racialism" which to many people is a different concept.
institutional racism causes interpersonal racism.
