Take slow deep breaths in, then let out slowly. Think of the applause you'll get! No matter what instrument; Trumpet, piano, violin, even vocals, It's nearly impossible to not be nervous at all. For one thing, think of playing it perfectly, and not how you could mess up. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, Get a good rest in before the performance, or a really good night's sleep, trust me, it makes a HUGE difference!
