You don't.
If she looks up to you as a parental figure then she will probably freak if you make any advances, verbally or otherwise.
This is a minefield. The age-difference may not look like much from your viewpoint, but from her's it may be huge, and that will make your romantic interest all the more creepy.
Tread very carefully. Probably, speaking to some whom she trusts might be a good starting point.
