Okay, I am in the same situation. I am a boy, and so I think that a girl will think that I am weird if I ask her. I think that it would be weird and awkward and uncomfortable. My suggestion is to make it sound casual. Ask them to go to the movies, in a group if possible. If he/she warms up to you, show that you also care. I know girls like hugs.
But then again some girls have problems telling a guy no so..... sometimes they will say yes when they really wanted to say no so im just saying be careful.
The hardest thing in life is telling the guy you love that you love them.I've liked this one guy for about a yearand on the phone then we agreed that we wouldn't keep secrets from one another. So it took me about a minute but I told him and my heart was thumping hoping that he would say that he loved me. I thought he was going to say he didn't like me any more but then he said I love you too.we've had some problems but in the end it always works out.
Just say it. If it scares them away then that means they aren't interested, and there's nothing you can do about it. It's hard, but in the long run, it's the best idea, because you can find out if the feeling is mutual, and if it isn't, then you can get back to the rest of your lives sooner.
