Also you may not eat for several days or maybe you may not sleep for a couple days it could also be hard to sleep with so much on your mind. I have heard that people may bite nails down to the knub. Or pull out there hair. Stress is very harmful to the mind and body. You may want to be alone for a long period of time too. The best way to deal with stress is to cancel everything for the day and just relax don't think or do anything. Do this for a couple days a month.
