I looked at my IO-360 tonight and found the 2-3-4 but it didnt show #1, but by process of elimination ....
In the case of the IO-360 180 HP the engine cylinders are as shown

This is also the firing order, front then rear on the right, front then rear on the left. 1,3,2,4.
