It actually depends on the programming language. For example, in Microsoft Visual Basic, you get an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) with a GUI so you just have to design the application and type the code in the in-built code editor. In programming languages like Oracle JAVA, you have to install a Software Development Kit (SDK) and type the programming language. However, for all the 'only code-based' programming languages, you just have to use a basic text editor like Notepad on Windows, or TextEdit on Mac. Notepad++ is also a very powerful editor that can be used with Windows; it supports multiple programming languages.
In order to change the language on a computer, you will need to go to the control panel and language settings. Then you will go to the language bar, and choose the language you want to type with.
You just do. Lol. xD. >--]-O.

Computer's only understand binary, which is 0 as "off" and 1 as "on."
A computer programming language is any type of code that you can use that is then changed into binary so the computer can read it. An example of that would be the computer programming language python. Instead of having to input a huge amount of binary information to tell the computer to put the words "hello world" onto the screen, I can simply type: print "hello world" then tell it to run.
Because in Computer's they have many type of keyboard. And it has the name "BASIC" because B is for bandic, A is for applan, S is for sonnd and IC is i covering... Thanks for reading!!
Programming language develops computer
To learn computer language you have to learn the machine specification. Every machine type has its own native language specification, so learning one computer's language won't help you learn the language of a different machine type, in the same way that learning French won't help you learn Mandarin or Russian. However, a high-level language makes use of high-level abstractions to provide a language that is common to all machine types; the language interpreter handles the low-level machine details so we can write our code in universal terms rather than in terms that only one specific machine type can actually understand.
Machine language is a high level language and that laguage is understand by the computer.
It is a computer language, but it is not a computer programming language. You cannot write programs with it. It is just for designing the layout of a webpage, and it is a Markup language. Its full title is HyperText Markup Language.
Hold down the Alt key, and with Num Lock on, type 0169 on the number pad.
It is a type of language can be understand by computer system . It is used in software development and in web designing.
